Our Solution
Engineering Challenge
Creating smooth curves with LED panels requires specialized cabinet designs:
- Custom curved LED cabinets with ±15° adjustment capability
- P2.6 pixel pitch for high resolution at close viewing distances
- Seamless cabinet connections maintaining image continuity
- Reinforced mounting structure for curved load distribution
Artistic Integration
We worked with the museum's curators to ensure the technology enhanced the artistic vision:
- Custom content pipeline for artist-specific media formats
- Precise color calibration matching the artist's specifications
- Interactive sensor integration responding to visitor movement
- 24/7 operation capability for extended museum hours
Results
The installation became the most visited exhibit in the museum's history. The seamless curves and vibrant imagery received praise from art critics and visitors alike. The museum has since commissioned two additional curved LED installations for future exhibitions.
